About BeaconR
BeaconR lets you vote up or down on companies and their attributes that you like or dislike.
Companies and industries are on the main Vote and Suggestions pages, and additional attributes such as ownership and key people are under each company's View company page link.
Once you've voted on a few, check out Suggestions to find more of what you're likely to like and dislike.
To see what you've voted on, check out My Profile.
Good to know
- A vote counts everywhere the thing you voted on appears. Vote down an industry on one company, and your vote shows on every company in that industry. The same goes for owners and key people.
- Suggestions and My Profile work from your saved votes. To save yours, open and choose Accept. You don't need an account, and you can change your mind any time. Our privacy policy has the details.
- Nothing on BeaconR is financial advice. Suggestions are based only on your votes.
- Company details come from Wikidata, Wikipedia's sister project, which anyone can edit. We refresh them every week. Some companies are missing details, such as who owns them.
- BeaconR is in public beta, so expect changes. Tell us what you think through our contact form.
